Spartan’s Quest:July BONUS Technique

We decided to add a special bonus technique for the month of July. This is a 2 on 1 defense to a hook followed up by a takedown to an armbar from the standing position. We are located in Turbeville, South Carolina and teach a variety of martial arts styles.
